Refund Policy

Refund Requests

If you made a donation in error or wish to request a refund, contact us at contact@opensignalfoundation.org within 30 days of the donation date. Include your donation date, amount, and email used.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing may take 5–10 business days.

Recurring Donations

For recurring donations, you may cancel future charges at any time. Refunds for past recurring charges follow the same 30-day request window.
